Hi,
Ich habe das Bustier und die Bikerhose Santorini bestellt (meine erste Bestellung bei Hey Honey Yoga).
Leider habe ich 2x das Bustier erhalten und keine Hose.
Ich habe jetzt bereits 4x an den Kundenservice geschrieben, mit dem Ergebnis, dass ich 4x die gleiche Automatic Reply mit Standard FAQs erhalten habe und keinerlei persönliche Rückmeldung, obwohl in den Mails jeweils drinsteht “wenn deine Frage nicht beantwortet wird, antworte auf diese Email, dass du persönlich Hilfe brauchst”. Diese persönliche Hilfe besteht dann darin, wieder den automatischen FAQ-Inhalt zugeschickt zu bekommen.
Ich bin ziemlich frustriert, dass ich viel Zeit für einen Fehler von Hey Honey Yoga aufwenden muss.
Zu allem Überfluss erhalte ich statt einer Rückmeldung fast täglich Mails mit Aufforderungen die Artikel meiner Bestellungen zu bewerten, Werbeinhalten, etc.
Da es scheinbar sonst keine Kontaktmöglichkeit gibt, hoffe ich darauf, dass mich vielleicht jemand aufgrund dieses Kommentars kontaktiert!
